Project – H&R Plant Painting
Overview – The O’Hare H&R Plant is a 90,000 SF steel framed rectangular building approximately 40 feet in height. The existing steel framed exterior paint was in a rusted and diminishing condition. Work consisted of preparing steel surfaces, applying a universal metal primer and durable alkyd paint finish. In addition to the building, all exterior railings, stairwells and miscellaneous steel was repainted. Work also included inspection and repair of the buildings deteriorating window sealants.
