Overview: Project was performed in 3 phases:

Phase 1: Concrete repair to the CDA Operations Tower exterior where concrete spalls, deterioration and exposed reinforcement were present. Work areas were accessed by using a 110 ft high built-up scaffolding system around the tower perimeter. In additional a structural beam in the basement of the tower was fully reconstructed.

Phase 2: Replacement of the CDA Operations Tower 300kw back-up generator. Existing generator was 40 years old and need of replacement. In addition, a new automatic transfer switch, electrical raceways, exhaust dampers and drip shield canopies were installed. System was completely upgraded to meet the electrical needs of the Tower.

Phase 3: Rehabilitation of the CDA Operations Tower Kitchen Facility. Work consisted of new commercial flooring, premium-grade cabinets, Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances.
