This project involved the removal of an existing 12,500 square foot parking lot and perimeter fencing, with the new design and reconstruction of entirely new parking surfaces. Involved in this endeavor were the undercutting and removal of approximately 3,270 cubic feet of existing, underground obstructions, which consisted of a combination of foundation walls, concrete slabs and footings, and a volume of masonry debris. The site utility work for this project also involved the televising, repair and replacement of damaged underground storm system components. There was also interior work that involved epoxy injection to the cracked foundation walls.
